Trees will be 'adopted' out on a first come, first serve basis, so arrive early. A 10-15 minute training session is required before 'adopting' up to two 7-gallon trees per household.
No pre-registration or fee to participate; simply provide proof of Orange County residency, such as a driver's license, photo I.D., or utility bill at location of choice.

The Animal Services Division is committed to serving the citizens of Orange County by providing spaying/neutering services, responsible pet owner education, and by assisting citizens in resolving problems involving animals.
The Code Enforcement Division exists to enhance the quality of life and economy of Orange County through enforcing regulations that preserve and protect neighborhoods. The Division will promote voluntary compliance by establishing partnerships with citizens, community groups and other agencies.
The Environmental Protection Division's mission is protecting the quality of air, water, and land in Orange County through programs and services designed to enhance the County's environment, and by encouraging compliance through cooperation.
Neighborhood Services Division's mission is to strengthen the Orange County community by empowering citizens and neighborhood organizations to revitalize and preserve neighborhoods, and to increase citizen involvement in community decision making through awareness programs and resource availability.
