The Orange County Environmental Protection Division is a part of Orange County's Community and Environmental Services Department. It is composed of the sections listed below. For additional information on any of these sections and/or their associated activities, please click on the appropriate link.

Updated Environmental Permitting Fees

Orange County has revised the permitting fees.  The new fee schedule is effective on October 1, 2008, but EPD will begin collecting the new fees on November 29, 2008
