Budget Message Fiscal Year 2008-09

The combined impact of property tax reform and a sluggish economy have made this a very challenging budget process. Thanks to the past fiscal prudence of the Board of County Commissioners and the hard work of staff, our budget is balanced and continues to fund the core services of Orange County.
